Areas of Responsibility for the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees decides on those affairs of the registered association which have been transferred to it by resolutions passed by the General Assembly of Members. The Board of Trustees advises the Executive Committee on the affairs of the registered association and is entitled to table motions before the General Assembly of Members. The Board of Trustees is responsible for auditing the annual accounts as well as for setting the budget.
Board of Trustee Sessions
The Board of Trustees will be convened by the President at least once a year in such good time as it requires for the due and conscientious fulfilment of its responsibilities. Moreover, the Board of Trustees must be convened by the President when at least 10 members of the Board of Trustees so demand.
